Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a major infrastructure project, responsible for commercial and contractual aspects from procurement through completion.

You will manage subcontractor packages, variations, and claims, with a strong focus on cost forecasting and commercial reporting to ensure the project delivers on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within civil infrastructure, electrical infrastructure or construction.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages, variations and claims
• Strong commercial acumen and sound contractual knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple packages and build effective stakeholder relationships
• A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team

Senior Contracts Administrator - $40M Substation CGC Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a well-known contractor delivering a $40M substation project. With this project recently secured, my client is looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Senior CA who can take ownership of the commercial function and play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project from procurement through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
