Job summary

Builtform Construction in Perth is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to own subcontractor procurement, scope comparisons, contracts, progress claims, variations and final accounts, plus budgets, cost reporting and forecasting. You will coordinate drawing reviews and ensure sequence alignment with site teams.

Working with our owners, commercial team and site supervisors, you'll take ownership of subcontractor procurement, scopes, tender comparisons and letting, contracts, progress claims, variations and final accounts, budgets, cost reporting and forecasting, and drawing reviews, scope gaps and coordination with site teams.
