Job summary

NES Fircroft in Sydney is seeking a high-growth contract recruitment specialist to own and grow a desk across Data Centre, Power & Renewables markets in Australia and APAC. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to contractor management.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, uncapped commission, and clear progression into leadership or business development roles within a global engineering workforce solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting contractors within technical, engineering, infrastructure, energy, construction or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Generate new client opportunities within Data Centre, Critical Infrastructure, Power Generation, Grid Infrastructure, Renewables, Transmission & Distribution, Battery Storage or related markets.
• Build and manage a profitable contract recruitment desk with contractor headcount growth and recurring revenue.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, project leaders, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification and sourcing through to placement, onboarding and contractor management.
