Western Power is seeking a Contract Manager to drive performance of complex/high-value contracts and provide expert contract advice within the Contract Management Framework. The role ensures safety, environmental compliance, cost, time, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include developing CMPs, reviewing engagement deliverables, monitoring contractor plans for SHE, quality, schedule and pricing, and certifying claims.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Law or Commerce.
• Contract Management Qualification.
• Extensive contract management experience with high value/complex contracts.
• Knowledge of legislation related to contract law.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive overall performance of assigned complex/high value contracts.
• Provide subject matter expert contract advice within Western Power's Contract Management Framework.
• Review CMP and engagement deliverables including SHE risks, scope, specifications, drawings, and pricing.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to contractor plans and contract requirements.
• Verify and certify contractor claims, including progress variations and EOT.
• Complete contractor performance reporting requirements.
