Job summary

Capstone is partnering with a private developer builder to appoint a Senior Contract Administrator to lead commercial management on landmark Sydney projects. You’ll drive end-to-end contract administration, subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, and risk management across large residential and mixed-use developments.

You will collaborate with development, construction and delivery teams, ensuring value delivery and MMC alignment.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years experience in contract administration on major residential, mixed-use or commercial projects.
• Experience with head contracts and subcontract management.
• Exposure to developer builder or Tier 1/2 contractors is preferred.
• Genuine interest and passion in MMC and modern methods of construction.

• End-to-end contract administration across large-scale projects.
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
