Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for new build industrial projects in Sydney’s Western area. You will oversee tendering, procurement, and subcontract management for warehouses, factories and logistics facilities.

The role requires a solid background in industrial contracts, knowledge of GMP/Hard Dollar methods, and a degree in Construction Management or QS. Collaboration with the PM and site team is key for on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a CA/Senior CA on new build industrial projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or QS.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, Cheops or ProcurePro is valued.
• Sound knowledge of contract terms and delivery methods (Hard Dollar, GMP).
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Residential experience only is not suitable for this role.

Aufgaben

• Manage tender packages, procurement and trade letting through to executed subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and issue head contract progress claims, variations and contractual notices including EOTs.
• Assess subcontractor payment claims and complete payment schedules under Security of Payment.
• Prepare budgets, cashflows and monthly cost reports with the Project Manager.
• Attend and minuting project meetings, and maintain registers for RFIs, variations and EOTs.
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts for the head contract and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure smooth project delivery.
