Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction.
• Exposure to projects around $50m+.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.
• Experience on complex building projects.
• Data centre experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the commercial delivery of major construction projects.
• Managing procurement and subcontractor administration.
• Handling variations and cost control across the project lifecycle.
