Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience as Contract Administrator on commercial projects in Australia.
• Solid understanding of subcontracting, variations, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for project teams and clients.
• Review quotes and approve subcontractor claims.
• Manage procurement and generate purchase orders.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and performance.
• Process subcontractor variations and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Assist with completion tasks and defect management.
• Support ad hoc project and commercial tasks as needed.
