Job summary

ProcurePro in Australia is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments of our procurement platform. You will partner with project teams to deliver end-to-end implementations, from discovery through activation, across some of the country’s largest construction organisations.

You’ll run workshops, train teams from cadets to CEOs, turn messy documents into a centralised system, and shape how our professional services operates.

We need a Senior Implementation Manager who wants to become one of Australia's best. You’ll work with project teams to implement ProcurePro across some of the country's most complex construction organisations.

Within 6 months, you'll be trusted to lead complex and enterprise implementations independently, from discovery through activation, and become a recognised technical leader within the Professional Services team.

What you'll own

You’ll be accountable for delivering successful implementations across your portfolio. You’ll:

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end: Lead complex implementation projects from kickoff through activation.
• Run workshops and training: Facilitate discovery and training sessions with…pretty much everyone. From cadets through to CEOs.
• Transform chaos into order: Turn a customer's messy documents, systems and processes into a centralised, connected, & controlled procurement solution.
• Improve how the whole team implements: Shape how the department runs by contributing to existing processes, templates, and tools.
• Coach other Implementation Managers: Mentor team members on the job, not as a formal manager, but as the person whose standard the team measures itself against.
• Own the handover, not just the launch: Partner proactively with Customer Success so every handover includes full context and customers’ transitions between lifecycle phases are seamless.

You're ideal for the role if you have...

• Multiple concurrent project management experience (essential): You are renowned for being able to run several complex projects without ever breaking a sweat.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including at the executive level (essential): You build enough trust with stakeholders that they take your recommendation over their own instinct.
• Comfort challenging customers (essential): You push back on your customers so deftly that they don’t even realise you’re contradicting them.
• A genuine love of process (essential): You think more people should care about your spreadsheets because they are works of art. Every project has a checklist, and you love nothing more than methodically working a to-do list through to completion.
• High ownership and exceptional organisation (essential): Nobody chases you. You received a “just checking in on the below” email from a stakeholder once, and it haunted you for days.
• Strong written and verbal communication (essential): You can turn a phrase like you’re the next Hemingway. You know which stakeholders love a detailed recap and which prefer a quick dot point summary, and you can deploy both with ease.
• SaaS implementation experience is a strong plus, not essential.
• Construction, Tier 1 builder, or construction technology experience is a strong plus, not essential.

Compensation

• $115k-155k + Super (salary based on experience)
• Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

What happens next
