Job summary

PM-Partners group is seeking a Senior Engineer to support delivery and continuous optimisation of its contact centre technology environment in Sydney or Melbourne. You will focus on Verint and Avaya platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions that boost customer experience and efficiency.

You will collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to engineer integrations, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to platform upgrades and documentation.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Verint and Avaya expertise.
• Experience in integration and troubleshooting of contact centres.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure and enhance contact centre technology across Verint and Avaya platforms.
• Support integration of contact centre applications with enterprise systems and supporting technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, technical changes and service improvements.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, application and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, security requirements and resilience expectations.
• Translate requirements with business stakeholders and vendors into practical engineering outcomes.
• Support technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the contact centre environment.
