Responsibilities

• Lead work streams on growth strategy, market entry and commercial strategy engagements for corporate and public sector clients
• Design and test performance improvement initiatives that translate into measurable operational and financial outcomes
• Build financial and commercial models to size opportunities, evaluate options and support investment decisions
• Manage client relationships day to day and present findings directly to senior executives and boards
• Direct the work of analysts and associates, reviewing analysis and coaching junior team members
• Support business development through proposal input and scoping of new engagements

Required Experience

• Experience at a top tier global strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, or an equivalent boutique strategy practice
• Track record leading work streams on growth, strategy or performance improvement engagements
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into practical, implementable actions for clients
• Exposure to sectors such as energy, financial services, infrastructure, telecommunications or consumer industries
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including direct engagement with senior executives
• Experience reviewing or mentoring the work of junior consultants or analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, engineering or a related discipline
• MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded but not essential
