Zusammenfassung

NCS Australia is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP IBP Solution Consultant to lead design and delivery for large-scale SAP supply chain transformations. The role is client‑facing and requires shaping roadmaps, running design workshops, and delivering end‑to‑end SAP IBP implementations with a focus on Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning, and S&OP.

You will engage senior stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to growing the SAP IBP capability within the practice.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8-10 years' SAP Supply Chain Planning consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations delivered in a consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in: SAP IBP Inventory Optimization; SAP IBP Supply Planning; SAP IBP Demand Planning; S&OP Process Design.
• Strong business process consulting experience across: Inventory Management; Supply Chain Planning; Demand Forecasting; Warehouse & Distribution Planning.
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into solution designs.
• Strong solution architecture and business consulting capabilities.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery workshops with business and supply chain stakeholders.
• Develop target-state planning processes and SAP IBP roadmaps.
• Design scalable SAP IBP solutions leveraging SAP best practices.
• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP solution design and implementation.
• Define planning models, master data structures, key figures, and planning levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and share implementation best practices.
• Support business development opportunities and solution demonstrations.
