Infosys Limited in Sydney is seeking a Senior Consultant passionate about technology and performance testing to help clients optimise systems and drive digital transformation.

You will work in a hybrid model, lead testing strategies, collaborate with global teams, and deliver performance improvements using LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk and AppDynamics. Salary range AUD 100,975–115,550 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT/CS.
• At least 9 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
• At least 8 years in test strategy and design, test execution, monitoring & reporting.
• Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics.

Responsibilities

• Performance testing and analysis using tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Develop Work-Load Patterns and Performance Strategy.
• AWR analysis and bottleneck identification from server logs and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product owners, analysts and developers in Agile teams.
• Lead client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams with strong communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) with performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.
• Non-functional requirements gathering, test strategy and test Design; experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.
• Participate in up front Application and technology requirement gathering, Design and Functionality reviews when required, to drive the quantitative definition of Performance Requirements.
• Debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
• Develop Work-Load Patterns, Performance Strategy and implement them.
• AWR report analysis, Identify Bottlenecks by analyzing various server reports and Logs, GC analysis, optimum Infrastructure etc.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

Essential

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 9 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering
• 8 years of experience in test strategy and test Design, test execution, Monitoring, analysis & reporting.
• At least 8 years of experience in one or more scripting languages which required for performance Testing.
• Tool experience – Load runner, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics is must.
• Ability to work within Agile team - collaborating with Product owners/business analysts and developers to understand requirements.
• Ability to perform Design and Code inspections and recommend working solutions.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Track offshore delivery of multiple teams.

Preferred

• Experience with banking domain is preferable.
• End to end test management skills.
• Extremely strong business communications and client coordination
