Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years in the field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years as Construction Project Manager in building & construction.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of OHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Site visits to inspect work quality and safety.
• Resolve issues or delays during construction.
• Manage project finances including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
