Everi Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major build projects valued between $50m and $200m in Canberra. The role focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years delivering large building projects, strong leadership, and solid experience with construction software and project controls. A collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m+.
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
