Job summary

Director, Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in build construction projects from $50m to $200m. You will lead complex programs, deliver on time, on budget and to high standards of quality and compliance across all project phases.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering, at least 7 years' experience delivering major building projects, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering major construction projects ($50M+) within building environments.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in large-scale construction delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of project controls.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in construction software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to close-out.
• Develop and manage detailed programs, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and safety requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing project team.
• Provide timely reporting on status, risks and outcomes.
