Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) invites applications for a senior project management role. You will oversee cost, programme and quality on assigned projects and lead with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes.

You will be part of RCC's Sydney Leadership team, driving operational excellence and strategic objectives while upholding RCC values. The role requires a track record in construction project management and leadership across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
• Deliver achievement of project objectives, while driving leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
• Actively seek feedback from peers and teams to continually improve results.
• Articulate and demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Senior decision-making responsibility on any project-related issues, deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney and the CEO.
• This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.
