Job summary

CS Development Group Pty Ltd (CSDG) is seeking an experienced Construction / Site Manager to lead on mid-to-large residential apartment projects in Greater Brisbane and South East Queensland. You will own site delivery from mobilisation through Practical Completion, reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in site management on residential/mixed-use builds.
• Experience delivering multi-level reinforced concrete apartments.
• Ability to lead a site team across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of post-tensioned concrete construction.
• White Card (Construction Induction) and strong communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to Practical Completion.
• Lead Structures Foreman and on-site trades.
• Maintain a high-performance safety culture on site.
• Chair weekly subcontractor progress and safety meetings.
• Drive programme delivery across all construction stages.
• Review subcontractor performance and QA inspections.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in commercial matters with the Project Manager.
