Job summary

Coral Homes Pty is seeking a Senior Sales Estimator at our Varsity Lakes head office to deliver accurate tenders, contracts, variations and sales costings, and to resolve costing issues in collaboration with Sales, Construction and Head Office teams.

Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, you will ensure compliance with building standards and developer requirements, maintain records and provide technical support across internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and residential building practices.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Framework (desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tenders, contracts, variations and sales costings.
• Review plans, specifications and documentation to identify and resolve costing queries.
• Ensure all costings and documentation comply with relevant building standards, developer requirements and company policies.
• Obtain and assess supplier quotations where required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct quality checks to ensure a high standard of work.
• Build strong relationships across the business through effective communication and collaboration.
