Job summary

Australian National University in Canberra is seeking a Senior Manager 1 to lead ANU One’s compliance with Foundation Standards and relevant legislation. You will drive the development and delivery of a robust compliance framework across pathway programs and services.

The role involves risk assessment, audits and reporting to the ANU One Board and University executives, ensuring timely regulatory submissions and effective controls.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience managing compliance within higher education or pathway sectors.
• Knowledge of Foundation Standards, ESOS Act, National Code or HES Framework.
• Ability to develop and implement compliance frameworks and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ANU One’s compliance framework.
• Lead development, implementation and management of policies, procedures and systems.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance risk and conduct audits.
• Prepare statutory reporting and regulatory submissions.
