Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in contract administration, compliance or stakeholder management within a complex organisation.
Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups and ability to provide sound contractual guidance.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with data interpretation and trend identification using reporting tools.
Familiarity with reporting systems (Power BI) to support evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

Coordinate education agent partnerships and administer education agent agreements.
Monitor agent performance and compliance, ensuring alignment with ESOS framework and internal policies.
Provide data-driven reporting and specialist advice on contractual and regulatory matters.
Collaborate with stakeholders across ANU to strengthen recruitment partnerships and improve processes.
