Job summary

Australian Payments Plus Limited is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen AP+’s compliance management capability and help the organisation navigate an evolving regulatory environment. You will provide practical compliance advice, lead development of frameworks, oversee monitoring and assurance, and mentor the compliance team while partnering with Group Risk.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in compliance, risk, assurance or regulatory advisory.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise compliance frameworks.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of enterprise compliance frameworks.
• Provide authoritative guidance on complex regulatory obligations.
• Oversee risk-based monitoring, assurance and remediation activities.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Manage the regulatory change pipeline and reporting.
• Coach and develop compliance practitioners and build senior relationships.
