Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead governance, processes and controls within its Risk Management team in Australia. The role supports regulatory obligations and business growth by embedding effective compliance programs across the organisation.

Based at Grosvenor Place Sydney or Scoresby Melbourne with flexible working arrangements, you will oversee risk assessment, remediation and stakeholder engagement at the senior level.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading compliance, risk and regulatory programs in financial services.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on regulatory matters and risk decisions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and regulatory change management.
