Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, public relations or community consultation within government, infrastructure or service delivery environments.
• Ability to write collateral and identify risks.
• Experience developing engagement plans across complex projects and programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across digital, print and presentation channels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Drive successful community consultation activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate engagement plans supporting community consultation and participation.
• Coordinate and deliver engagement activities including community forums, workshops, information sessions, stakeholder meetings and consultation programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide advice on stakeholder engagement, issues management and customer communications.
• Develop stakeholder communications across channels (digital, print, presentations).
• Contribute to strategic narratives and communication initiatives.
• Support management of stakeholder issues and emerging risks.
