Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly energetic Commissioning Lead to join the Utilities business in New South Wales. You will lead commissioning of water and wastewater assets, coordinate testing, and drive safe, compliant handovers to operations for client projects.

You will bring 7+ years in commissioning, a Degree in Engineering, and strong SCADA/controls knowledge, with excellent stakeholder engagement and a practical, safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commissioning role within Utilities.
• Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading commissioning on large water and wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mech/elec systems, SCADA/Controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities for water and wastewater assets.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and testing procedures.
• Oversee testing, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage schedule, budget and reporting to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with delivery and design for smooth operations handover.
• Deliver documentation and handover packages.
• Ensure safety compliance and standards.
