The role requires 7+ years in commissioning within the utilities sector, a degree in Engineering, and proven leadership on large-scale projects. We value safety, collaboration and making a real impact for communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commissioning within Utilities industry.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading commissioning on large water and wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical/electrical systems, SCADA/Controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to Fulton Hogan Living Safely 2.0 culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines and related infrastructure.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, methodologies and testing procedures.
• Oversee systems testing, process optimization, performance verification and troubleshooting.
• Manage commissioning schedule, budget and reporting to meet milestones and compliance.
• Work with delivery teams and design to ensure smooth operations handover.
• Deliver high-quality documentation, reports and handover packages.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with legislation.
