Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced commercial property professional to manage a substantial portfolio in the Cronulla area. You will drive leasing, sales and management activities, strengthen landlord relationships and lead business development to expand the rent roll.

The role offers an immediate platform for growth, with responsibilities spanning portfolio management, client engagement and strategic expansion of the commercial division.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management.
• Knowledge of leasing, lease administration and compliance is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven approach with focus on results.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration with NSW licensing for duties performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an established portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, compliance and tenancy matters.
• Develop and maintain landlord relationships, including a 35-property ownership portfolio.
• Drive business development to secure new managements and expand the rent roll.
• Generate leasing, sales and investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, developers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, contractors, tenancy fit-outs and make-good works.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports and client communications.
• Work with agents, solicitors and other professionals to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the commercial division, with scope to progress into a leadership role.
