Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team. You will strengthen front-line selling through territory design, quotas, compensation design, forecasting cadence and cross-functional collaboration to turn insights into action.

You will develop reporting, support quarterly campaigns, ensure data integrity across sales tools, CRM and telephony, and translate data into strategic recommendations for sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of SaaS and platform businesses and the end-to-end processes that support them.
• Ability to develop channel plans and forecast of 90-day activity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and/or sales data.
• Highly honed analytical problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience using BI/reporting tools (SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel).
• Experience with analysing and transforming multi-channel data.

• Identify and implement initiatives that improve process efficiency and effectiveness, including opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardise and automate processes.
• Manage and maintain data integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony and CRM systems

About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be part of a high performing commercial operations team that improves the efficiency and productivity of our front line selling teams and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies and programs. You will be a collaborative, process oriented and analytical individual and key to your success will your ability to connect the sales teams with multiple cross-functional teams and your passion for influencing decisions and turning insights into actions.

What we're looking for
