Office-based in Sydney, permanent, full-time. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Tier 1/2 contractors, strong leadership, and a background in roads or transport

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial management for civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, governance and risk management.
• Proven ability to oversee forecasting, cost control and financial performance.
• Experience managing claims, variations and disputes.
• Involvement from tendering through project delivery and close-out.
• Leadership of commercial teams, clients, subcontractors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy, commercial reviews and mobilisation activities.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement and cost reporting.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecast outcomes.
• Manage claims, variations and commercial negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support transition to project delivery on major Western Sydney infrastructure works.
