The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in corporate & insolvency litigation, together with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or Special Counsel-level lawyer with significant commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in top-tier, international or specialist litigation practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategies and oversee complex disputes.
• Prepare court documents and briefing counsel for hearings.
• Participate in negotiations and mediations with clients and opposing counsel.
