Job summary

Naiman Clarke is seeking two Banking Litigation & Insolvency Associates in Sydney with about 3 years PQE. You will handle banking litigation, secured recoveries and insolvency matters for financial institutions, private credit providers, and corporate clients, with early responsibility and Partner support.

The role offers a fast-moving, high-performing, collaborative environment, developing technical and commercial skills from day one and mentoring from Partners.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ PQE in secured recoveries, banking litigation or related disputes work.
• Ability to manage high-volume secured recovery matters independently.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; court documents and briefs to counsel are essential; advocacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act for Australian banks and private credit funds in complex recovery and enforcement proceedings.
• Manage secured mortgage recovery files, including court documents and enforcement strategies.
• Gain exposure to receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations.
• Collaborate with multiple Partners across diverse clients and matters.
