Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years’ PQE and strong Corporate & Commercial experience to advise on Commonwealth procurement, contracting, and regulatory matters for major projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial.
• Experience in a reputable commercial law firm or government practice.
• Genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and transactions.
• Strong drafting, advisory and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government and corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Commonwealth procurement, contracting and governance.
• Structure and advise on major commercial transactions across public and private sectors.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance and corporate advisory support.
