Job summary

JPS Executive Search and Selection is engaged by a Gold Coast builder-developer to find an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its major multi-residential project pipeline.

Your first project is a $150M mixed-use development in Broadbeach and you will be the senior commercial lead, managing the CA/contracts team and taking ownership of procurement, contracts, forecasting, risk and overall commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Commercial Manager experience on multi-residential projects $80M+.
• Strong CA background and contract management skills.
• Experience leading procurement strategy and subcontract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across major multi-residential projects.
• Mentor CAs, Contracts Managers and QS support.
• Own procurement strategy and subcontract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete and forecast reporting.
• Manage contractual risk, variations, EOTs and commercial exposure.
