JPS Executive Search & Selection – Paddington QLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial new builds valued between $5M and $25M across Brisbane and SEQ. You will own two projects concurrently, work with the delivery team, CA and Site Managers, and oversee programme, procurement, budgets and client relationships from Brisbane base.

• Proven Project Manager experience delivering commercial new builds.
• Confidence managing two projects and working closely with site teams.
• Stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of new build projects up to $25M.
• Take ownership of two projects at a time and coordinate with CA and Site Managers.
• Manage the full delivery process including programme, procurement, budgets, subcontractors and handover.
