Job summary

Amcor Flexibles ANZ seeks an experienced Finance Manager - Sales & Commercial to lead the commercial finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, you will partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to shape pricing, profitability and growth strategies across the ANZ business.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, drive governance, analytics and performance reporting, and influence strategic decisions with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial finance and FP&A leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience in pricing, costing and customer profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing, costing, customer profitability and governance.
• Provide financial leadership for negotiations, tenders, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning and performance reporting.
