LegalVision ILP in Sydney is seeking an experienced commercial disputes lawyer to join our team in a unique role focused on supporting and growing our membership-based client base. Rather than managing a billable caseload, you will provide practical, high-quality legal guidance across a broad range of contentious matters.

This role emphasizes strategic advisory and mentoring junior lawyers, with collaboration across teams to deliver value for members.

Qualificações

• Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE in commercial disputes.
• Strong client relationship management with ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly.
• Experience advising on litigation strategy and budgeting for matters.
• Interest in a more commercial role and mentoring junior lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Support members with a broad range of commercial disputes inquiries.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on complex or high-value matters.
• Oversee and coordinate follow-on legal work delivered to members.
• Ensure matters are scoped, prioritised and progressed.
• Support and guide junior lawyers on member matters.
• Act as a trusted adviser to members navigating legal issues as their businesses grow.
• Collaborate with LegalVision teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
