Job summary

LegalVision in Sydney is expanding its Dispute Resolution practice and seeks a 2-4 PQE lawyer to join the team. You will work directly with clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates on a range of complex matters, gaining broad experience across multiple practice areas from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct experience in commercial disputes and litigation.
• Commercially minded with practical client advisory skills.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, advocacy and matter management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting a variety of legal documents including pleadings, submissions and letters.
• Conducting legal research across contract disputes, regulatory investigations and other areas.
• Collaborating with senior practitioners to develop case strategy.
• Reviewing evidence, contracts and materials to identify key issues and risks.
• Preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations and client meetings.
