The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major capital works in the Great Ocean Road region on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You will plan, procure and deliver projects >$10 million, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Key duties include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, risk plans, overseeing consultants and contractors, managing procurement, and reporting to boards and funding bodies.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Management or Project Management.
• Significant experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial management, planning and risk capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major capital works projects.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and risk assessments.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Administer contracts and support procurement.
• Monitor performance, budgets and quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports and updates for governance and funding bodies.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across government and community.
• Mentor staff in governance and delivery best practice.
• Ensure compliance with safety and heritage requirements.
