The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority in Torquay, VIC, is seeking an Assets Senior Officer to lead and optimise asset management practices across buildings, roads, carparks, marine structures and open space assets. You will provide planning input, manage asset information systems and support stakeholders.

TheGreat Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is responsible for protecting and managing one of Australia’s most iconic coastal landscapes. We care for parks, reserves and marine environments along the Great Ocean Road, including internationally recognised visitor sites. Working closely with Traditional Owners, communities and stakeholders, we protect environmental, cultural and heritage values while supporting sustainable visitation and long‑term conservation.
The Asset Management Team is responsible for creating and managing the Authority’s asset management lifecycle systems and processes and the Authority’s spatial data systems. The team ensures all stages of an asset’s lifecycle are managed in the most effective manner whilst ensuring compliance to requirements. The team also provides a range of spatial mapping and data services to support the organisation to ensure accurate reporting and recording.
