Job summary

Elite Tennis Academy seeks an energetic, dedicated tennis coach to join our Mornington Tennis Centre team for the summer season. The successful candidate will coach players from beginners to competition squads, with a strong focus on developing players to reach their potential.

Role offers flexible hours and opportunities to tailor a schedule. International applicants welcome with visa sponsorship possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tennis coaching experience.
• Ability to coach players from Hot Shots to competition squad.
• Strong commitment to player development and reaching potential.
• Willing to attend weekend events to support players.

Job Description

Elite Tennis Academy is based at Mornington Tennis Centre, a 12-court European clay court facility and Australia's largest tournament provider.

We're looking for a high-energy, passionate and invested coach to join our team, ready to start in September/October for the summer of tennis.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years' tennis coaching experience


• Can coach players of all levels, from 5-year-olds in Hot Shots through to competition squad players


• Is highly invested in player development and committed to helping players reach their potential


• Is willing to go above and beyond for their players - including getting out on weekends to watch and support them when they compete


• Brings energy, professionalism and genuine care to every session

Flexible Hours

This role offers the opportunity for the successful coach to have input into their preferred working hours and build a schedule that works for both them and the business.

Available coaching hours include:

• Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-8:30pm (morning times are also available)


• Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am-1:00pm

Hours can be flexible depending on your availability and the number of hours you would like to take on - full time, part time or casual.

Remuneration / Salary

Salary is subject to the position of hours taken:

Full Time (38 hours a week) - $75,000-$85,000 annual salary (inc superannuation)

Casual (less than 38 hours) - paid by the hour
