  • Prepare and analyse accommodation reports, including rooming lists, room release reports and post-event reporting.

  • Support the administration and maintenance of accommodation booking systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Experience in hotel reservations, front office operations and accommodation services.

  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience working in hotel front office.

  • Experience coordinating accommodation for large-scale sporting, entertainment, corporate or major events.

  • Experience using accommodation booking platforms, particularly MeetingMax (highly regarded).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and cultures.

  • Additional language skills (desirable).

  • Knowledge of, or an interest in, tennis and major sporting events (desirable).

  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and interstate travel when required.

  • A collaborative approach and commitment to contributing positively within a team environment.
