Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure SRE to operate and scale our multi-cloud platform across providers and regions. You will build internal tools, improve reliability, monitor systems, and mentor teammates while participating in on-call rotations and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Production experience operating large-scale cloud compute via automated workflows.
• Deep experience with Linux systems at the OS level.
• Experience building software with Golang and reviewing others' code.
• Proficiency with containerized workloads in production.
• Customer-first, systems-thinking approach to operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Engineering software to automate large-scale systems and internal tools.
• Improve reliability and lifecycle of hosts across multiple clouds.
• Strengthen observability with alerting and monitoring to prevent incidents.
• Scale global infrastructure and evolve management processes.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor teammates.
• Participate in on-call rotations and postmortems.
