Job summary

Sportsbet, a global Flutter Group company, is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join a centralised AWS security team in Melbourne. You will design and automate scalable cloud security capabilities, partner with Cloud, CyberSec, and Development teams, and mentor others to uplift cloud security capabilities across the technology community.

You will bring deep AWS expertise, strong Python coding skills, and experience across vulnerability management, incident response, IAM and network

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on AWS experience designing and deploying secure cloud solutions across multiple accounts.
• Strong Python development skills and writing readable, testable OO code.
• Experience in vulnerability management, incident response, detection engineering, IAM and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and automate scalable cloud security solutions across Sportsbet’s AWS environment.
• Partner with Cloud, CyberSec and Development teams to guide security decisions, address risks and remediate weaknesses.
• Develop self-service capabilities enabling teams to implement security at scale.
