Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a senior leader to scale a high impact Cloud & Infrastructure practice, driving growth across existing and new customers. This is a commercially focused role with accountability for expanding Professional Services revenue and shaping our go-to-market capability.

You’ll build and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, partner with sales to win complex opportunities, own key partner relationships, and drive revenue, margin and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cloud and infrastructure in a professional services, consulting or technology practice.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance.
• Experience across delivery, sales and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead complex pursuits.
• Ability to build and scale high performing technical teams; credibility operating at executive level with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a commercial Cloud & Infrastructure practice, driving revenue growth and expanding our non-Managed Services offering.
• Partner closely with sales teams to win complex, high value opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
• Develop and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, delivering high quality solutions across market units.
• Own and grow key strategic partner relationships to accelerate capability and revenue.
• Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, margin and customer outcomes, ensuring strong commercial discipline.
• Engage at an executive level with customers, bringing insight into market trends, emerging technologies and client needs.
