Job summary

Kinetic IT seeks a senior leader to scale a high impact Service Integration practice, driving growth across existing and new customers. This role is commercially focused with accountability for expanding Professional Services revenue and shaping our go-to-market capability.

You will build and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, own strategic partner relationships, and drive performance across revenue, utilisation and margins with strong commercial discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading service integration in a professional services, consulting or technology practice.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance.
• Experience across delivery, sales and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead complex pursuits.
• Ability to build and scale high performing technical teams.
• Credibility operating at executive level with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a commercial Service Integration practice, driving revenue growth and expanding our non-Managed Services offering.
• Partner closely with sales teams to win complex, high value opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
• Develop and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, delivering high quality solutions across market units.
• Own and grow key strategic partner relationships (e.g. ServiceNow) to accelerate capability and revenue.
• Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, margin and customer outcomes, ensuring strong commercial discipline.
• Engage at an executive level with customers, bringing insight into market trends, emerging technologies and client needs
