Job summary

WesCEF, a division of Wesfarmers, is seeking a Senior Cloud and Identity Engineer in Perth to lead the evolution of Azure and identity platforms. You will drive performance, security and automation across cloud and on‑premises environments, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Reporting to the Cloud and Identity Manager, you will design, deploy and operate scalable Azure solutions, Entra ID and hybrid identity services with a strong emphasis on governance, cost optimisation and

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology with strong Azure and cloud tech expertise.
• Experience across cloud and identity platforms in large enterprise environments.
• Designing, deploying and supporting scalable Azure solutions with hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption, performance and reliability of Azure and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation and IaC for cloud, identity and collaboration tools.
• Support cloud cost optimisation initiatives to maximise value.
• Provide technical support across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Monitor, maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure for security and availability.
• Lead documentation, standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to cloud project delivery and future enhancements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to improve capabilities.
