Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Senior Cloud AI Engineer to design, build and optimise secure, scalable AI and cloud platforms within a large enterprise. The role focuses on cutting-edge AI, ML and Generative AI initiatives while shaping cloud strategy and platform capability.

The position involves leading migrations, developing IaC, and partnering with security, data and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment across multiple Australian capital locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Kubernetes, OpenShift and container platform expertise.
• Terraform, Ansible, Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Python scripting and automation.
• AI/ML Engineering, MLOps and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations and cloud networking.
• Knowledge of security, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud AI Engineer to play a key role in designing, building, and optimising secure, scalable AI and cloud platforms within a large and complex enterprise environment.
