Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Project Manager II (PM II) / Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead complex multispecialty clinical trials from start-up through closeout.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring studies stay on track, on budget, and compliant with GCP and regulatory requirements while acting as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business required.
• 6+ years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research for PM II; 1+ year of clinical project management experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience for Sr. PM; 4+ years in clinical project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee vendor performance and strategic selection/oversight.
• Mitigate risks and manage budgets; address scope changes and resources.
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File and study records.
