Job summary

Adecco Group in Canberra is seeking a Clinical Governance Lead to ensure safe, effective and high-quality health services through oversight of the Clinical Governance Framework and subcontractor compliance activities.

You will leverage your clinical and governance expertise to manage audits, complaints, incidents, credentialing processes, governance forums, policy reviews and reporting activities that underpin quality healthcare for candidates.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Nursing, Allied Health, Medicine or related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality management, healthcare compliance, risk management or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Governance Frameworks including audit, risk management, education and training, information governance.
• Experience managing complaints, incidents and clinician credentialing processes.
• Excellent governance reporting and executive-level documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance and ensure high-quality healthcare compliance.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Lead and collaborate in a modern, inclusive, and high functioning workforce.
• Apply governance expertise to manage audits, complaints, incidents and credentialing processes.
• Foster engagement with Defence representatives, clinical officers and subcontractors.
• Report on governance actions and drive continuous improvement.
