Job summary
Brightwater is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator Team Leader to guide a team of Staff Development Nurses and Learning & Development Coaches. You will set the strategic direction for education and training across Residential Aged Care, Disability and Community Services.
You will drive innovation in learning design, champion education excellence and ensure the workforce has the skills to deliver outstanding care.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in nursing or allied health with AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience leading a clinical workforce.
- Ability to translate priorities into operating plans.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning, competency-based assessment and blended learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Staff Development Nurses and Learning & Development Coaches.
- Set strategic direction for education and training across Brightwater.
- Drive innovation in learning design and evaluation of education outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior operational managers to translate priorities into workforce development programs.
- Influence clinical practice and care outcomes through education initiatives.
